Candidates?
We maintain a proprietary database of IT Specialists
who have been deployed or evaluated by MV
Consulting, Inc. during our 8 years in the
IT consulting business. When this does not yield
the Candidate with requred skills, we utilize high-profile
Internet Job Search Boards (DICE, InfoWorks, MonsterBoard,
PassportAccess) to post positions and search for
the most recently available Candidates.

How do you screen and evaluate
Candidates who will be submitted?
Our trained staff conducts extensive screening to
determine availability, salary requirements, interest
in the position, and ability to fulfill the project
scope and duration. What do we look for? Technical
fit, communication skills, professionalism, team
oriented, career goals, work ethic, ability to work
in multi-cultural environment, etc.

Do you talk to each Candidate before
submitting him/her for a job?
Yes, each Recruiter follows strict guidelines
which require an IT Specialist to be contacted prior
to being submitted for every job. The IT Specialist
will be qualified for each job and will be informed
as to job description, location, company and pay
rate.

How do you establish a Candidate's
hourly rate (both bill and pay)?
MV Consulting, Inc. rates are based
on the salary requirements of Candidates who are
fully qualified to fill the positions and meet our
Client's budgetary rate requirements. We are recognized
for keeping our service fees below industry norm.

Do you complete reference checks
on Candidates?
Three professional reference checks with previous
managers for whom the IT Specialist provided similar
services as well as past co-workers are conducted.

How do you monitor the Candidate's
technical performance and conduct?
Throughout the engagement, our Account Manager conducts
monthly evaluations to ensure the deliverables are
being met. Exit Interviews are conducted with the
hiring manager upon completion of all engagements.

Do you provide record keeping to
satisfy all federal, state, and local laws and regulations?
Our accounting staff has consistently complied with
all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
MV Consulting, Inc. is pleased to
provide you with documentation verifying our compliance.

Can you provide background checks
on Candidates?
MV Consulting, Inc. performs background
checks in compliance with the requirements of each
of our Clients. Background checks include employment
and educational verifications. At your request,
we can provide background and security checks of
varying scopes.

Do you work with IT Specialist
who are incorporated?
Yes, we do have the ability to work with an IT Specialist
who is incorporated. MV Consulting, Inc.
provides a corporation-to-corporation contract and
the IT Specialist must provide specific corporation
information.

How often do you keep in touch
with your IT Specialists after they are placed at
a Client's site?
Throughout the engagement, MV Consulting,
Inc.'s Account Manager phones the IT Specialist
on a monthly basis to ensure expectations and the
deliverable are being met. Exit Interviews are conducted
at the completion of all engagements.
